Create and manage a horse racing database

The objective is to create and manage a horse racing database of Premium and PMH races since 2014 and make it available to users in the form of a website (http://aspiturf.com). The data is also downloadable in csv format for easy import into a spreadsheet.
The API that manages the database will be documented so that you can query it. It will be very easy to import data into a spreadsheet, or on another website.
This base is free and free. I hope to receive enough donations to get enough time to manage the system and amortize the costs.
